Welcome to ComeOn. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of comeon-canada.com and all services we offer. Please read them carefully before registering. By creating an account, you confirm you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

comeon-canada.com is operated by ComeOn Group and is licensed to offer online gambling services to eligible Canadian residents. In Ontario, we operate under the iGaming Ontario framework, which is regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Our services comply with applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws.
You must meet all of the following requirements to open and maintain an account with us:
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to close accounts that don't meet these requirements.
You can only hold one account with ComeOn. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited in line with our anti-fraud policy.
When you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false details, including a fake name or date of birth, is a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password with anyone. If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at [email protected].
We're required by law to verify your identity before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. This is called Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You'll need to provide:
Withdrawals won't be processed until verification is complete. We recommend completing KYC shortly after registration so there are no delays when you want to cash out.
All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (C$). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier.
We only accept payments from accounts or cards in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for your deposit where possible.
Processing times vary. E-wallets are typically fastest. Bank transfers may take several business days. We're not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel bonuses if we have reason to believe they're being claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or through any form of bonus abuse.

Self-exclusion through iGaming Ontario's GameSense or the provincial self-exclusion registry will result in your ComeOn account being suspended. If you've self-excluded and attempt to register a new account, we'll close it as soon as it's identified.
Our games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair outcomes. Results are independently audited on a regular basis.
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
All content on comeon-canada.com, including logos, game graphics, software, and written content, is owned by or licensed to ComeOn. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it without our written permission. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our platform for lawful gambling purposes only.
We provide our services on an 'as is' basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We're not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can't be excluded by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province in which you reside and, where applicable, the laws of Canada. For Ontario residents, disputes are subject to Ontario law and the oversight of the AGCO and iGaming Ontario.
If you have a complaint, contact our customer support team first. We aim to resolve issues within 10 business days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to iGaming Ontario or the relevant provincial gambling authority.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we'll post the revised version here and update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
You can close your account at any time by contacting customer support. We may also close or suspend your account if you breach these terms, if required by law or regulation, or if we determine that continuing to provide services to you would be inappropriate under our responsible gambling obligations.
On closure, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after completing any required verification, provided no breach of these terms has occurred.
